Data Deletion Instructions

At Socialkey, we want to make it as transparent and easy as possible to control your data. If you have connected your social media accounts (like Meta/Instagram or TikTok) to the Socialkey CRM Dashboard and wish to permanently sever the connection and delete your data, please follow the simple steps below.

Removing Socialkey from Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

If you used the "Connect Instagram/Meta" button in our dashboard, Socialkey uses the official Meta API. You can instantly revoke all access and wipe our authorization tokens directly from your Facebook settings at any time:

  1. Go to your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Look for Apps and Websites within the menu.
  3. Find "Socialkey CRM" across the list of active integrations.
  4. Click Remove to instantly sever the connection. This immediately invalidates our API tokens, halting any further data flow or publishing.

Removing Socialkey from TikTok

Similarly, to remove access from TikTok:

  1. Open the TikTok app and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap the Menu icon (three lines) and select Settings and privacy.
  3. Navigate to Security and login > Manage app permissions.
  4. Find "Socialkey CRM", tap it, and select Remove access.

Requesting a Complete Server Wipe

Our team will manually purge all user rows, history tasks, and cached statistics associated with your account from the MySQL database within 2 business days and send you confirmation.
